Win a year vacation from cleaning!!!

Over and over we go through the brainstorming process inside the agency looking for the most effective approach to face the challenges the client put on the table. That's what we live for, what we breath everyday.

Sometimes agencies are lucky enough to work with a client that let them go beyond, to cross the line and break with all the baggage that the brand is carrying.

The Cleanning Hunk is one of those cases, by the NY based shop OLE. Alen, a household brand from Mexico, hired them to launch their product in the US. As most of the companies coming from latin america, their budget was limited, but the creativity at OLE seem not.

Instead of presenting the happy wife with the spotlessly clean house, smiling to the camera and saying a catchy phrase, they presented a tired, hard working woman, surprised by ... The Cleaning Hunk, offering to take care of the chores and in the process, give her something to fantazise about.

The media plan...almost non existent, purely Viral Marketing tools. Videos with the website address on it in youtube, email to invite friends on the site. The word spread quite fast, it was interesting seeing how people even outside the US were passing this to each other.

Again, a non traditional approach, going against what most of the clients are used to hear from traditional agencies: big media plans, full scale launch, internet is only a secondary media channel. This time, keeping it simple paid off. Both for the client and the Agency, which got lots of press coverage with the campaign.
